ADL is seeking a director to lead strategic initiatives focused on countering antisemitism and extremism, support organization-wide strategy development and implementation, and foster a culture of evidence-based decision-making and innovation. The ideal candidate is results-oriented with experience designing and implementing strategic social impact initiatives, generating data-driven insights and actionable recommendations, working cross-functionally, and engaging with senior leaders.
