SUPERVISION EXERCISED: Assist in supervising program staff and interns, including contributing to their hiring, training and evaluation. May directly supervise one or more support staff.

Seeking a hardworking, creative, and dynamic individual to serve as Associate Regional Director for ADL Pacific Northwest's growing team. The Associate Regional Director will respond to hate-based incidents in the community, build relationships with community partners, develop and implement advocacy initiatives, lead programs to engage young professionals, and assist with communications. The Associate Regional Director will work collaboratively with the Regional Director on a variety of projects and may assist with office operations.
