POSITION TITLE: Associate Regional Director
REPORTS TO: Senior Associate Regional Director or Regional Director
SUPERVISION EXERCISED: Assist in supervising program staff and interns, including contributing to their hiring, training and evaluation. May directly supervise one or more support staff.
LOCATION: NYC and regular meetings in NJ

Assist the Regional Director in planning, developing and implementing advocacy initiatives, program activities and services in the community to advance ADL’s mission within the assigned region. Assist the Senior Associate Regional Director and Regional Director in the administration of the office including office management, budget preparation and staff supervision where appropriate. Associate Regional Director will be based out of our NYC office but will need to travle to NJ on regular basis. Local to NJ is preferred!
