    The national headquarters of ADL is seeking an Education Marketing Manager to join the  Content Strategy and Delivery Team within the Brand & Marketing department to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and adhere to high quality standards. Education Marketing Manager wil lead the design and execution of marketing strategies for online and offline education products and services.  The Education Marketing Manager will:

    • Play a key project management role, responsible for multiple marketing initiatives from strategy through implementation and analysis
    • Assume a pivotal role on the team leading the ADL Education rebrand research and subsequent strategic implementation
    • Function as the key link between the Education Division and the Brand & Marketing department to ensure brand consistency across the education product and content line


    As a key part of this role, the Marketing Manager will collaborate with other members of the Brand & Marketing Team and Communications Team, serving as their in-house resource on ADL EDU collateraland marketing projects. 





    • Identify the marketing needs of the Education team as they relate to ADL’s overall strategic plan
    • Understand the unique needs and characteristics of ADL’s K12 and college/university education markets and work closely with Education program managers to design and position offerings that address market needs
    • Function as a resource to ADL regional offices(ROs) on the branding, marketing, and positioning of their offerings - provide ROs with marketing support including assistance with rollout of new branding, marketing toolkit, templates and new technology platform
    • Develop and assist in implementing marketing strategies/tactics including email campaigns, marketing collateral, video development, website enhancements, list purchasing, advertising, etc.
    • Develop appropriate KPIs; analyze program effectiveness, report results and make appropriate adjustments
    • Serve as lead in updating Education website content
    • Keep abreast of and report on education competitor’s marketing activities
    • Lead new project kickoff meetings
    • Manage communications/meeting schedules and day-to-day activities with Brand and Marketing team members and internal clients to keep projects on track
    • Work with both internal design team and external agency to develop and deliver creative solutions that meet internal client specifications
    • Facilitate efficient and effective project completion through use of project management tools
    • Track and manage budgets of assigned projects
    • Perform such other job functions as may be relevant and appropriate to the performance of the duties and responsibilities of this position

    • Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms preferred


     Work Experience:  


    A minimum of 4-6 years experience in a marketing role, including some experience with and project management and logistics is required.  Non-profit experience highly desirable.




    BA/BS or equivalent experience required. Prefer degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing/Communications/Business Administration/Public Relations/Advertising/Education)
