The International Affairs Coordinator will be responsible for providing planning, organization of and support for ongoing projects and events for the International Affairs professional team. Projects include the compiling and organizing of content for presentations, meetings and events, managing brand & marketing content, maintaining up-to-date blog and social media content, overseeing international incident response submissions as well as carrying out important operational duties, and providing administrative support. While reporting to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of International Affairs, the Coordinator will be in regular contact with all International Affairs and Israel office staff.
Ability to work on tight deadlines, competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel, and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. A bachelor's degree in a related field of study and at least two (2) years of relevant experience are required for consideration.
